An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within Clutch & Brake Australia’s (CBA) Victorian operations for a “Branch Supervisor. We require a highly motivated and competent manager to oversee this busy branch facility pivotal to our national operations. In addition, you will be required to manage and expand our client base throughout Victoria.

Based in Dandenong the incumbent will operate in collaboration with the Directors in implementing our National Marketing Strategy, focusing on product delivery and proactive and highly responsive customer service.

Position Details are as follows:

Title of Position: Branch Supervisor

Location: Dandenong, Melbourne, Victoria

Job Status: Permanent full-time, following initial 6 month probation period

Wage salary/level: Negotiable with experience + range of incentives based on KPI’s + motor vehicle is available.

General Description of duties & responsibilities undertaken:

• Overall branch supervision of 7 – 8 staff, including a medium scale manufacturing facility, under the direction and guidance of the Directors based in WA
• The incumbent will be required to respond to all incoming enquiries from existing clients and assist in the execution of a relationship building strategy to expand our client base into new markets

The ideal incumbent must have:

• Experience in clutch and brake manufacture and re-manufacture
• High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• High level of computer literacy
• Mature and professional outlook and presentation
• Proven capacity to work as part of and lead a high performing team.

This position is ideally suited to an individual with at least 4-5 years previous supervisory or management experience in a similar environment such as Transport Equipment Sales or the Automotive Parts Industry.
